Aim: Although there are many measurement tools in the literature to measure menstruation attitudes and symptoms, is a need for specific tool that measures impacts of alone on women’s life, independent premenstrual syndrome dysmenorrhea. Our aim was create scale so we could study.
 Materials Methods: It methodological research. The sample consisted 615 female university students. Menstrual Impact draft scale, which developed by researchers, subscale Symptom Questionnaire Negative impacts/ somatic complaints introductory information form have been used as data collecting forms. 
 Results: After factor analysis, 14-item consisting physical psychosocial impact subscales, developed. 5 point Likert type evaluated between “5” Strongly Agree “1” Disagree. minimum maximum scores be obtained from overall 14 70 respectively. As score increases, participant’s degree being affected increases well. total explained variance 54.92%. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient 0.87. Conclusion: has earned valid reliable specifically life. Scale (MIS) short, practical, easy-to-apply scale. Its validity reliability different cultures should tested.
